This is something that's on my mind and it makes no sense as to why it is. The why is meaningless and the how is what's critical.

It's time to let go of the idea that metal is dumb, as in ignorant. The term Heavy Metal was coined to denigrate musicians as dumb neanderthals. Heavy Metal god, Tony Iommi, hated the moniker at first.
On these very pages, death metal, progressive metal, extreme metal, black metal, etc are very much celebrated, but did you know that things like Dune, Dante's Inferno, and now (well wait again) the Ctulu Mythos will also be celebrated?
